Kenly Cemetery Care

Kenly Cemetery Care, Inc. was established in 1977 and is a non-profit corporation whose only purpose is to provide maintenance of the grounds at the Kenly Cemetery to insure that it is a well kept resting place now and for future generations.  All contributions made to Kenly Cemetery Care, Inc. are tax exempt and donations are tax deductible under IRS Section 501c.

All contribution to Kenly Cemetery Care are used 100% for the upkeep and improvement of the grounds. General Funds pay for today and Perpetual Care Funds are held in trust for generations to come.  Only interest on Perpetual Care Funds can be spent for cemetery maintenance.  The goal of the Board of Directors is to grow the Perpetual  Fund Accounts so that interest on those accounts will be enough to cover  maintenance of the cemetery - thus insuring that it will always be  well groomed.    Due to low interest rates in the 2000's the In Loving Memory  campaign.  was established.
